LOGLINE: A hotel maid discovers an old newspaper clipping, sending her back in time to become part of the grizzly story.

SYNOPSIS:

While cleaning the contemporary room of a cheap chain hotel, housekeeper MARY (30’s) accidentally discovers a very old newspaper stuffed under a mattress. Drawn to an article about a DR. KESSELBURY (40’s)—the homicidal psychopath descendant of a Donner Party victim—she makes a second discovery: Kesselbury’s latest victim at that time bore her name. Freaked out, Mary looks up from the newspaper to find that the room, and she, have traveled back in time. A sudden knock at the door announces the return of the room’s guest, Dr. Kesselbury himself.
